Let's make pancakes today! Preparation Instructions: Ingredients: 5-7 pancakes; 1 cup mix; 2/3 cup water. Ingredients: 12-14 pancakes; 2 cups mix; 1-1/3 cups water. Ingredients: 18-20 pancakes; 3 cups mix; 2 cups water. Preheat: Lightly greased griddle to 375 degrees F. Griddle is ready when small drops of water sizzle then disappear. Blend: Place mix and water in bowl. Stir until large lumps break up. Pour: Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook: Cook pancakes 1-1/4 - 1-1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Let's make waffles today! For Waffles: Preheat waffle iron. Place 2 cups mix, 1-1/2 cups water, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir with a wire whip until batter is almost smooth, allow batter to stand 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour the amount of batter recommended by the waffle iron manufacturer onto lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops or until golden brown.
